1 – We live by the motto ‘the result you get is only as good as the information you give.’ We teach kettlebells EVERYDAY to students and clients, we understand how they work, why they work and the best way to incorporate them into a workout. But the most important thing is that we can TEACH you that information in a way you can take away from the course and start applying the very next day.
2 – MOST trainers don’t understand kettlebells. Our course helps you understand the mechanics AND the physiology behind what makes them such an effective training tool.
